Impax Asset Management

Before joining Impax Asset Management in 2023, Amber worked at Mirova where she was co-manager of the Mirova International Sustainable Equity, US Sustainable Equity and Global Sustainable Equity funds. Prior to joining Mirova in October 2018, Amber was a portfolio manager and analyst at Zevin Asset Management for over a decade. Previously, she was an analyst at J.L. Kaplan Associates, a division of Evergreen Investments, and worked for Delta Partners, a Boston-based hedge fund.

Amber received her MBA from Boston College Carroll School of Management and has a BS in environmental science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Amber is a CFA® charterholder and a member of the Chartered Financial Analysts Institute and the Boston Security Analysts Society.

Prior to joining Impax Asset Management in 2022, Charles worked at Newton Investment Management where he started out as a global financial analyst before becoming a portfolio manager and heading up Newton’s multi-asset and equity opportunities teams. He was also deputy chief investment officer, providing leadership and oversight to a global investment team.

Charles graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Nottingham. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAEW) in England and Wales.

Sid joined Impax in 2014 after graduating from business school and interning with Impax's Listed Equity team over the summer and autumn of 2012. In his pre-MBA career, Sid worked as a clean technology consultant in India.

Sid has an MBA with a focus in Finance from London Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Macalester College, where he graduated cum laude.

He has extensive experience investing in Pan-European equities as a portfolio manager at MeesPierson and Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, where he chaired the European Sector Strategy Group. Mr. Aarts joined Impax from Cambrian Capital Partners LLP where he was a partner and portfolio manager of the Curalium fund, and Incremental Leveraged hedge funds. 

He has a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Maastricht University.

He arrived from the in-house asset management team at Tesco Pension Investment, where he had joint responsibility for the successful development, launch and management of a new global equities investment platform. Prior to this, David was a fund manager at Sarasin & Partners, where he was responsible for the firm's Asia Pacific Equity fund and for contributing investment recommendations to Sarasin's flagship thematic Global Equity fund. 

After graduating from the University of Bath, David began his career at Insight Investment on the Global Equities graduate scheme in 2003 as a global equity analyst.

Tony has been responsible for multiple strategies during his tenure at Impax Asset Management LLC, formerly Pax World Management LLC. He joined the firm in 2003 from AEW Capital Management where he spent over three years as an Assistant Vice President working in a Senior Analyst role. He began his financial services career as an analyst in 1999. 

He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts. Tony is a CFA® charterholder and member of the Boston Security Analysts Society.

Prior to joining the firm, Peter was a Managing Director on the High Yield Bond and Loan Team at Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Peter joined Goldman Sachs Asset Management as a Senior Sector Analyst in 2000 and was promoted to Director of High Yield Research in 2010. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Peter was an Investment Associate in the High Yield Group at Putnam Investments and a member of the High Yield Research Group at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette. 

Peter has a Bachelor of Arts in History and Economics from Union College and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Columbia Business School. He is a CFA charter holder, a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and holds the Series 7 and 63 registrations.
